AllMusic Review by

The second sampler from the French Ed Banger Records label presents more examples of its roster of dance music artists, including DJ Mehdi, Mr. Flash, and Busy P. After an introduction, Uffie's "Dismissed" starts things off with an angry rap filled with so many expletives and other offensive words that, if there were a "clean" version of it, it would have to be virtually an instrumental. As it happens, the rest of the disc is instrumental, for the most part, as the artists turn in involved electronic tracks in which vocals are absent or used only as part of the sound picture. The rhythmic performances range from industrial noise to more pop arrangements, but the beat remains constant. Clearly, Ed Banger Records, run by Daft Punk's manager, Pedro Winter (aka Busy P), has a varied clientele of dancefloor experts. [The American edition of the album contains a bonus track, Fancy's "What's Your Name Again (Busy P Remix)."]
