The Dreamtime single was a limited release intended as a sampler of the album 220 Volt Live, with the title track appearing in an instrumental and a single-only vocal version. The vocal version is akin to numerous songs played over the end credits of bad films during the 1980s, comprised of both ordinary lyrics and unchallenging music. The rest of the songs all appear on 220 Volt Live in one form or another. "The Blue Bridge" and the instrumental version of "Dreamtime" are both edited down, but "Treasure of Innocence" is brought over in its entirety. The cover of Jimi Hendrix's "Purple Haze" is the most energetic song of the bunch; ironically, it suffers for lack of a vocalist. Since this single is now out of print, the curious should simply avoid the wallet drain and seek out the full album.
