Presenting their warmest offering to date and bypassing the sophomore slump, Rechenzentrum take a 65-minute journey into the world of microsound/IDM and give the genre a classy name. Quiet blips and chirps ripple through various textures and demand an engaged listener to fully comprehend the weaving of layers and motions present at all times. Not satisfied in just showing the project solely as audio, the group has taken great pains to present both the audio and visual portions of the album, with a bonus DVD in both PAL and NTSC formats included to present Director's Cut in the fashion in which it was meant to be: seen and heard.
