AllMusic Review by

One of those MCs who flows with the greatest of ease, the conversational P. Reign leaves the hooks up to his guests on his debut Dear America EP, enlisting Future and Reign's fellow Canadian Drake for the great "DnF." Now freed up for some slurring and flirting, Reign proves he's hip with "You just turned 21 like Adele, that’s good with me" on "DnF," while on "Chickens," he sounds sloppy, lazy, and standoffish, or in other words, Papoose-like, which turns out to be the perfect anchor for guest Waka Flocka Flame. With other guest shots from Meek Mill, PartyNextDoor, and A$AP Rocky finishing the EP, Reign winds up a certifiable "rapper's rapper" with all the required co-signs, but the common EP complaint of "too short" is in effect, with the "too many features" complaint up for debate.
