Country Christmas is a collection of holiday songs performed by the Holiday Corral. These songs are performed in a cheery, up-tempo country style that sounds more like country bands do in commercials than how they usually sound. This is not necessarily a bad thing; in fact, it gives the album a goofy charm that it definitely would not have had otherwise. Still, this is not that great, only really coming alive on the slower songs when the band has the chance to show a little real emotion. This is a pleasant album, and anyone looking for a straightforward, average country album of holiday music may find this just right.
