Buford is the debut for Columbus, OH's Behemoth Ohio, officially known with that extended moniker due to the presence of another Behemoth. The back of the inlay card depicts its five members as muscle cars, which is appropriate, because the six-pack of six tracks has the impact of a souped coupe. Leader Fes screams hoarse (of course) as if Lemmy ate Blaine Cartwright from Nashville Pussy and the meal didn't agree with him, while the (not two, but) three gee-tar attack pummels as if subtlety had never been invented. The best track is closer "The Creeper," five and a half minutes of Speedealer wrestling Mudhoney at a stoner rock festival somewhere quite south of the Mason-Dixon.
