This ten-track budget set from Warner's Flashback label includes the original versions of bluesman Albert King's biggest hits, like "Crosscut Saw," "Laundromat Blues," and of course "Born Under a Bad Sign." The selection is decent, but some fans may question the deletion of King signature songs "Blues Power" and "I'll Play the Blues for You, Pt. 1." For a more thorough trip through Albert King's catalog, pick up The Very Best of Albert King on Rhino.
