Best of 3X Krazy, Vol. 2 compiles many of the same songs as 3X Krazy's previous best-of, 20th Century. Like that double-disc collection from 2000, Best of 3X Krazy, Vol. 2 features the West Coast hardcore rap group's career highlights: "Somethin' 4 Dat Ass," "Can't Fu#k With This," "Hit the Gas," and "Sick-O." There's one obvious problem, however: this best-of only features songs from 3X Krazy's first two albums -- Sick-O and Stackin Chips -- not including a single song from the group's third and fourth albums -- Immortalized and Block Report. Whatever the reason, this is a serious issue: Best of 3X Krazy, Vol. 2 isn't actually a best-of in the traditional sense since it only compiles songs from two of the group's albums. What makes this even more problematic is the group's previously released best-of, 20th Century, which featured these same songs -- along with songs from Immortalized (Block Report hadn't been released yet). In the end, you're left feeling confused -- first of all, because there isn't a "Best of 3xKrazy, Vol. 1" (it's titled 20th Century instead) and, second of all, because half of the group's catalog is ignored for this so-called best-of.
