Did listeners really need a second volume of this? Apparently director Peter Hoare figured the first one sold enough to warrant this rather inferior set of cuts by bands familiar to Hoare's Northeast underground. Emo, screamo, hip-hop, and punk bands litter these grooves and prove that just because there's an underground doesn't make the music worth hearing. One volume would have been enough; this is a waste of time and money.
