Around the turn of the 21st century, EMI Arabia began issuing some truly excellent compilations of Arabic music from their vaults. Unfortunately, Arabian Moods isn't one of them. Perhaps the title Arabian Moods should have been a clue, as this music comes off as the Arabic equivalent of the Mantovani Orchestra: big, lush (Western) orchestras and (sometimes) cheesy synths performing smooth music. There are some elements of more traditional Middle Eastern music on some of the tracks, but this mostly sounds like it's been watered down significantly.
