Special guests include Dani Martin, Miguel Bosé, David Bisbal, Ana Torroja, Alaska, Víctor Manuel, and Ana Belén, as well as Raphael's son Manuel Martos. The standard edition comprises a DVD of the full concert and a CD with 19 selections from it. The complete edition adds two audio discs featuring the entire studio album 50 Años Después, plus nine new recordings of Raphael standards, four of which are duets with Dani Martin, Charles Aznavour, Mónica Naranjo, and Montserrat Caballé.
