AllMusic Review by

Sabor a Mexico marks Bertin Osborne's return to popular music after years involved in different TV projects, paying tribute to one of his favorite countries, performing songs from talented songwriters in the mariachi style, featuring a Mexican potpourri with classics "Mexico Lindo," "Ella," and "Volver, Volver." He teams up with Pedro Fernández to sing along to "To All the Girls I Loved Before," previously recorded by Julio Iglesias and Willie Nelson. The album includes a unique version of Hernaldo's "Procuro Olvidarte" and Joaquín Sabina's "Y Nos Dieron las Diez."
