Miscellaneous music covers a range of works not easily slotted into the standard Classical subgenres. Performance art or multi-media works might fall into this category more easily than into ballet or electronic music. Music for unspecified instruments is also often included, as well as recordings by artists such as Victor Borge or Anna Russell. Also found here are compilations or collections of works that would otherwise be too varied to assign to the many other genres.
