Tim Buckley

Morning Glory

Song Review by

Closing out the exquisite Goodbye and Hello album, "Morning Glory" is a song of innocence and experience at the same time. This song is one of Tim Buckley's more restrained and elegant efforts of the time, as if he was straddling the line between the psychedelic and the commercial. A vague gospel feel surrounds the melody, and there is a great sense of ease about the whole affair.
