I'm all about what is my most listened to album, my second most and so on, the proof is in the # of plays! in 1997 I started tracking my plays over 24 years, 76,000 plays total, with 10,000 titles in my collection it's not easy getting played! I don't need a review about what Led Zep 2 sounds like, we all know what it sounds like. How does it rate against other records? I did not see reviews like that so I'm doing reviews based on plays, most played first! Thanks for the likes, enjoy!

Randy Terry's Album Reviews

My 185th most played album. Kansas - 1st self titled 1974. Such a familiar story music genius practices in the garage for years, puts the most amazing music ever made on their first album but nobody knows them so they don’t listen, years later these geniuses release a song that blows everybody away and yet the early stuff, the best stuff goes unnoticed! “Journey from Mariabronn” A masterpiece their best song ever? "Death of Mother Nature Suite" Another song best ever? "Can I Tell You" A song that a band would work on for years and use as the first song ever! "Lonely Wind" that should have been a hit. "Bringing It Back" their only cover, just magic! The album cover depicts abolitionist John Brown in a scene from Tragic Prelude, a mural by Kansas native John Steuart Curry. The original mural is painted on a wall at the Kansas State Capitol in Topeka.
