I'm all about what is my most listened to album, my second most and so on, the proof is in the # of plays! in 1997 I started tracking my plays over 24 years, 76,000 plays total, with 10,000 titles in my collection it's not easy getting played! I don't need a review about what Led Zep 2 sounds like, we all know what it sounds like. How does it rate against other records? I did not see reviews like that so I'm doing reviews based on plays, most played first! Thanks for the likes, enjoy!

Randy Terry's Album Reviews

My 103rd most played album. Jethro Tull - Aqualung. The fourth studio album was released on 19 March 1971. Sold 3 million in the U.S. peaked at #7 on the charts. Aqualung has widely been regarded as a concept album, featuring a central theme of "the distinction between religion and God". 3 million sold putting Jethro on the top of the rock heap in 1971! Ian's wife wrote the lyrics to Aqualung, amazing crazy lyrics I did not think a lady could think that way. Rolling Stone’s 337th greatest albums of all time on their 500 Greatest Albums of All Time list. "Locomotive Breath", "Aqualung" and "Cross-Eyed Mary" Three of the greatest rock songs in history never released as singles and never charted yet dominated my radio for 15 years. "Hymn 43", "Mother Goose" and "Wind-Up" also had lots of airtime back in the day.
