It was a busy week for music on television: The Late Show hosted a Beatles-themed week to honor the 50th anniversary of their debut Ed Sullivan Show performance, Miley Cyrus debuted her MTV Unplugged session, and Neko Case showed off both her musical and comedic chops.

Against Me! appeared on Letterman to play the happily-titled "FUCKMYLIFE666." And don't forget, at AllMusic we're giving away three autographed copies of the latest from Against Me!, Transgender Dysphoria Blues. To find out how to enter, head over to our contest page.

Broken Bells played a very Danger Mouse-influenced take on "And I Love Her" to kick off a series of Beatles tributes on Letterman. They were accompanied by archival recordings of Ringo Starr on a small television screen.

The Flaming Lips enlisted Sean Lennon for an extra-trippy take on the already psychedelic "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds."

Metallica released a hefty chunk of footage of the band rehearsing "One" with pianist Lang Lang for their Grammy performance.

Miley Cyrus debuted her MTV Unplugged session, which included several covers, like this take on Dolly Parton's classic "Jolene." The full performance can be seen here.

Neko Case pulled double duty this week. She began her week by performing "Ragtime" with Calexico on Conan.

Then she showed off her comedic mind with a victorious appearance on the Comedy Central quasi-game show @midnight.
