Now that YouTube views are figured into Billboard charts, it seems natural that the video-sharing website is launching its own awards. The inaugural YouTube Music Awards happens November 3 -- with Jason Schwartzman hosting, artists such as Eminem, Lady Gaga and Arcade Fire performing -- and the nominees were revealed today:


Video of the Year: Honoring the world’s most loved music videos, these nominees represent the videos with the most fan engagement on YouTube over the last year.
