Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the historic Haight-Ashbury neighborhood lies Golden Gate Park, home to -- among other thing -- the sixth annual Outside Lands festival. More than just a lazy weekend in the park, the three-day event features a mix of classic artists like Paul McCartney, Willie Nelson, and Daryl Hall & John Oates, alongside more recent heavy hitters like Vampire Weekend, Surfer Blood, and Grizzly Bear, making for an eclectic lineup that has a little something for everyone. Not just for music, the festival also celebrates local businesses with an extensive lineup of local restaurants, wineries, and breweries, giving festivalgoers the chance to taste all the city has to offer while they soak up some of the sweet, poppy goodness happening on stage.
