Getting their official start after the break-up of Janitors Against Apartheid, Snoop Lodgey Lodge (vocals/ sax), Paul Grim (trumpet), Clay Davidson (bass), Eric Clifford (drums) and Blin (guitar) moved on to start The Adjustments in 1998. With a relocation from San Francisco to Los Angeles not too long after their formation, The Adjustments continued with their former bands use of energetic ska-punk to accompany an added maturity of jazz and reggae. Tomato Head Records immediately took notice and released their self-titled debut EP the following year after they got together.
