Sue Roth

Not too long after relocating from her native of Havre de Grace, MD, to Chicago in 1997, Sue Roth was asked to join Sarge on rhythm guitar, a tenure that lasted from August of 1998 until the band's breakup in December of 1999. Two months prior to Sarge's disband, Roth recorded a number of acoustic numbers that were within the same vein of her band's lighthearted take of melodic pop. Resulting in the Deciduous EP that was released the following year through Jealous Butcher Records, Roth would play a number of solo acoustic shows throughout Chicago before forming Lupine in 2000.
