Melodic, hook-laden, tunes have made Toronto-based trio, Jimmy Allen's Ant Farm, one of Canada's most promising new bands. With their debut album, "Everyone In The Pool", produced by Shaun Bowring at his Audiofile Productions studio and released in early 1998, the band unleashed their dance-inspiring sound into the world.

Despite their name, Jimmy Allen's Ant Farm includes no member named Jimmy Allen. Instead, the group was launched in 1995 by lead vocalist and four stringed guitarist Matt Watson and Eric Lang, the daughter of April Wine bassist Steve Lang, on bass. Drummer Dave Rewak joined the band in late 1998.

In summer 1999, Jimmy Allen's Ant Farm returned to the recording studio to record an EP, "One More Time".
