Artist Biography by

Washington, D.C.'s Choice Reunion name was similar to the Choice Four, a better-known District group. The members were Wilbert "Wes" Stewart, Victor Green, George Jones, James Battle, and Timothy Outten. Three recordings on Les-Wes Records from 1986 to 1989 sold a few copies locally but didn't make a splash outside the D.C./Baltimore area. Brothers Wilbert (Wes) and Leon (Les) Stewart ran Les-Wes. The release "Free and Easy" (1986) was their first attempt at stardom; they dropped "You Need a Good Man" the same year; limited resources delayed a third single until 1989, entitled "It's Summer Time"; when it failed, Choice Reunion disbanded.
