San Francisco-based rock quartet Alien Cowboys is an instrumental band consisting of lead guitarist Ralph Perucci, rhythm guitarist Bruce Stevenson, bassist Greg Jones, and drummer Ian Thomson. The group was founded in 1997. Their self-titled debut album was followed in 2000 by Analogtherapy, then by 2002: Other Space. In July 2003, they released their fourth album, Lift.
