Vocalist Melissa Manchester's 20th studio album, 2015's You Gotta Love the Life, is an eclectic recording featuring a handful of her personal favorite songs, as well as brand new original pieces. Included are such standards as "From This Moment On," "Let's Face the Music and Dance," and "Something Wonderful," as well as Manchester's cover of the Ronettes' classic girl group anthem "Be My Baby." Also included are such newly minted songs as the soulful "You Are My Heart," and "Feelin' for You" with blues guitarist Keb' Mo'. Produced by Manchester, along with Terry Wollman, You Gotta Love the Life also features guest appearances from such artists as Al Jarreau, Dave Koz, Dionne Warwick, Stevie Wonder, and the late Joe Sample.
