Yes She Is My Skinhead Girl finds Mark Robinson and company playing the type of gorgeous candy pop that the band perfected on Imperial f.f.r.r. On the sleepy, mod, would-be hit, Robinson sings "I want to meet you all the time" like the best of lovesick indie rockers. "Hydroplane" is an insane swirl of jangle and moan repetition that lacks the A-side's catchy punch, and "Feeling Good Fixation" is a brief float through dreamy psychedelia until it disappears.
