AllMusic Review by

World's Worst Jukebox is an apt description of these experimental, noisy collages, which often simulate a journey in a locked car in which the radio station is flipping uncontrollably between the most avant-garde experimental programs on noncommercial radio stations. These are unpleasant vortexes of noise, sometimes anchored by rap- or techno-like beats, at other times just thrown into a messy stew. Backwards tapes, loops, "Revolution No. 9" effects, industrial white noise, snippets of speech, and such collide in a manner much heard on many a well-recorded experimental cassette-only release. "One-Two, Skip to My Lunatic" hits new peaks, or lows, of dissonant annoyance in its combination of four tracks of skipping CDs. That's guaranteed not only to break the ice at parties, but to end parties by clearing the room. It's not very easy to listen to, which is probably much of the whole point of the whole enterprise. Which doesn't make it any easier to take.
