AllMusic Review by

What Doesn't Kill Me began as a free sampler given out by Blackout and Stillborn Records at shows by their bands. But the response to its 23 punk and hardcore tracks was so great, the labels issued it at a discount price of $3.98, and also gave it away as a freebie with mail orders. At its budget price, the collection was a steal -- especially since it included tracks from so many great bands. Hatebreed, Blind Society, Swingin' Utters, and Turbo AC's were just a few of the bands that contributed to the release, making it a must for any punk/hardcore comp fan, or those wishing to be.
