Multimedia taskers and British label V2 release the second installment in their DJ mix series. Seeming more like a commercial for their artists than a genuine mix of selected DJ Geoffe's favorites, in depth Dance Music: Modern Life is more of a clever marketing ploy than a genuine music effort. The CD is a continuos mix of V2 artists, such as Moby, Underworld, Aphrodite, and Alex Gopher. All of the tracks on the CD are not the originals, but remixes, which is somewhat attractive to those who are looking to see what someone else can do with dance music, originating from a more commercial stand point. The CD also cleverly features Rinôçerôse, who were during the release date of the CD. Once past the clever marketing ploys, the CD is definitely for the more commercial dance music lover.
