The gimmick here -- Puerto Ricans making American nu-metal -- hardly compensates for the trite and tired songs and execution. A few cuts are in Spanish, but this is really no different than the modern hard rock being made by Puya's Northern neighbors, complete with bone-crushing speed and force and all the subtlety of an early-morning construction crew.
