This is a CD reissue from the album released 1984. Lulu Santos is a pop artist with a love for beach imagery, where surf guitars and other icons of that territory play a distinctive role. This album included the rockabilly hit "Tudo Azul," which incites youngsters to come together, and "O Ultimo Romântico," where Santos exposes his philosophy: to create his way through life, with passion and adventure -- cherished values for his fan base. The album has the recognizable sound of studio producer/musician Liminha. Soul music brasses are found in "Respeito." "Ronca Ronca" is one of Santos' incursions into rock, deeply "inspired" by the Rolling Stones. "O Calhambeque" is an old Jovem Guarda track by Erasmo Carlos, always kindly and nostalgically regarded for "Road Hog."
