AllMusic Review by

This generous 20-track collection transports one back to 1971, and it's obvious the pop charts were surprisingly varied (as they usually always are, actually, no matter what the year) and full of little gems. This installment of this series has a decided British cast, featuring the Fortunes' joyously bouncy and resigned "Freedom Come, Freedom Go," Peter Noone's Beatlesque "Oh You Pretty Things," and Glen Campbell's slyly sexy version of "Dream Baby," to name just a few of the delights included in this fun set that seems perfect for a long drive down memory lane.
