John Barry's soundtrack to a film about an old woman in dire straits with a tenuous hold upon reality is a very subdued work, mostly making use of chamber-type themes played delicately on harpsichord and soft strings. Effective at complementing the quiet desperation of the main character, it isn't that interesting on its own, and the running time (32 minutes) is short.
