This recording features instrumental renditions of the music of Train, performed on violin, viola, cello, and bass, and arranged by Todd Mark Rubenstein. It includes hits such as "Meet Virginia" and "Drops of Jupiter," as well as a sampling from the San Francisco pop group's two albums. Musically, nothing here really stands out, although that's sort of the idea, as collections like this are usually meant for background listening. The sweeping, slightly mournful melody of "Drops of Jupiter" does lend itself particularly well to this setting.
