Do not be fooled someday, if this pops up, into thinking that you'll be grabbing a lost treasure. By the mid-'70s, the bloom had long since come off the Soul Survivors' rose. They tried to regroup, signing with one-time mentors and producers Gamble & Huff's label. Only Richard and Charles Ingui from the original troupe were in this edition, and they simply didn't have the old magic. Even if they had, it's highly doubtful that '60s-style blue-eyed soul would have meant much in the mid-'70s.
