Gypsophile is all about simple pop ditties that only consist of a guitar and a gentle female vocalist. Although this is a nice, quiet EP of mellow folk, there's nothing about The Lazy Dance that particularly sticks out. On one hand, this is a neat 7" of minimal pop. Unfortunately, however, both songs are forgettable, given their way of sounding almost identical.
