Rimbaud's first full-length recording under his own name contains nary a cellphone swipe, meditating instead on the work and words of British film director Derek Jarman, who died of AIDS-related illness in 1994. Rimbaud works in bits of interview material with the director, pairing it with delicate electronic atmospheres and, occasionally, interesting but artfully restrained rhythms. The result is easily some of Rimbaud's best, most honest and original work to date.
