AllMusic Review by

This two-disc collection divides British songbird Vera Lynn's career into two phases; disc one compiles her earliest recordings, including her two signature tunes, "We'll Meet Again" and "The White Cliffs of Dover." Disc two gathers her pre-WWII and wartime classics, like "A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square." With 49 songs in all, this is a quite extensive collection of Lynn's recordings, and a must for fans.
