With their perfect two-part sibling harmonies and a knack for blending country, folk, and gospel into an easy and timeless pop setting, the Everly Brothers were one of the most unique and ultimately influential acts of early rock & roll. Signing with Cadence Records, the brothers delivered their first big hit, "Bye Bye Love," in 1957, setting off a three-year run with the label that resulted in many more hits, including "Wake Up Little Susie," "All I Have to Do Is Dream," "Bird Dog," "('Til) I Kissed You," and "When Will I Be Loved," all of which are included in this set. The duo left Cadence for Warner Bros. Records in 1960, and there were more hits, but the very heart of the brothers' iconic legacy is in these early hits from Cadence.
