AllMusic Review by

After half a lifetime sidelined by mental illness, the legendary guitar player Peter Green, founder of Fleetwood Mac, returned in the late 1990s leading his own group. He's backed on this best-of by an all-star band, including the veteran British drummer Cozy Powell and Joe Jackson sticksman Larry Tolfree, on a set of tried-and-tested blues standards including "Sweet Home Chicago," "Love in Vain," and "Going Down." A second CD of tracks from the guitarist's 1960s glory days, featuring "Albatross" and "Green Manalishi," is also included.
