AllMusic Review by

Considerable padding was needed to flesh this out to CD length: not one, but three versions of the Patty Duke Show theme (which she didn't sing on), as well as her three songs from the soundtrack of the 1965 movie Billie, and an outtake of her warming up in the studio. No one's going to mistake her records for anything besides vehicles to capitalize on her acting stardom. But they weren't that bad, taking obvious cues from Lesley Gore in their pop-oriented treatments of whitebread girl-group/teen pop, though Gore sounded downright gutsy in comparison. Includes all four of her Top 100 singles, and a few previously unreleased tracks.
