AllMusic Review by

Powerful stuff! Led by Bonnie Kane on saxophone, W.O.O. Revelator smashes and bashes away non-stop. Kane blows a mean saxophone and flute, and considering it is just her, Chris Forsyth on electric guitar, and Ray Sage on percussion, there is quite a bit of commotion to it all. The volume is high and hardly ever relents. While Kane may be a dynamite player, it is hard to tell from this recording, where strong, muscular forays are the only way: this is loud and raunchy, with lots of screaming guitar and sax. There are elements of avant-rock and free jazz, but when it is over it is not clear what was really accomplished. Unless your eardrums can take it or you enjoy the constant blasts of sound and noise, you may wish to pass on this one. On the other hand, if your upstairs neighbor is still bothering you...
