"Strike Me Pink" is not a strong track from the Blondie lead singer's weak solo effort, 1993's Debravation. Two CD singles for the song were released in the U.K.; both have three songs, two B-sides, and one from Debravation. The second CD has the LP version of "Strike Me Pink" again, the previously unreleased "8 1/2 Rhumba," and Blondie's "Dreaming" from their 1979 LP Eat to the Beat. The title track is still a bland song and the B-sides are generally weak, thus, this is not a highly recommended single. The Strike Me Pink singles do seem more geared to die-hard fans than the I Can See Clearly singles. But, because the extra material is second rate, they are hardly great collectibles.
