This album totals 15 tracks of full-on grinding death metal, nine of which are well-produced live video tracks in AVI file format. The packaging is a little misleading, as it prominently features the six audio tracks, and mentions the video tracks only in small print on the jewel box's tray card. Rotten Sound does a good job, and although the audio production does leave something to be desired, the finished product is well worth listening to for any fan of earlier death metal and more recent grindcore. The video segments are very well-produced, with fantastic live audio recording, multiple camera angles, and good edits. Running the video segments is also really easy and user-friendly. What this all boils down to is that fans of full-on death metal and grindcore will get more than their money's worth from this release. All the audio tracks are unrelenting, including a pounding cover of Carcass' "Reek of Putrefaction." In addition to the blazing music and screaming vocals, you essentially get a full-length live video to view on your computer for free. Still Psycho is put together quite well.
