Operating under the nom de rock the Kind Strangers, Geoff Bock is the masterwind behind this likable, pensive electronica. Steeped in heartache, Still Building is cut from the same cloth as the Postal Service, as evidenced by Bock's overnight delivery on "Get Lonely," a somber, glitch-heavy keyboard keeper. Touches of trip-hop and touchstones like Moby and Doves may not yield fashionable results but the swooning thump of "Home by Now" and the sturdy albeit predictable "Absent Present" do. Still Building is a palatable set of reflective modern pop for shut-ins and the emotionally fragile. You know who you are.
