Tribe falls into the same pattern as many bands on their sophomore major-label release. No longer able to draw from years of songs as they do on their first album, Sleeper features more filler amidst the definite winners like "Red Rover," "Romeo Poe," and the surprisingly light "Miracle of Sound" (about, of all things, Milli Vanilli). Even the quality songs, however, couldn't get Tribe noticed outside of their New England fan base, making this their last album to date.
