Reality began to set in for UTFO with their second album in 1986. They got a little buzz from the single "We Work Hard," but were essentially already in stylistic retreat as the gimmick tag they picked up for the success of "Roxanne, Roxanne" was proving difficult to shake. It didn't help that songs like "Bad Luck Barry" and "House Will Rock" didn't exactly inspire generations of aspiring rappers.
