Shaman Music's six tracks feature a mix of chanting, windy synthesizers, and varied ethnic instrumentation. A man whispers in Spanish over Jan Hammer-esque keyboards and bird noises in "Yan-Tor" and "Sendero al Otro Mundo," while "Hey-Ya" (not the OutKast hit) picks out a string melody over drips of percussion. This music is slightly relaxing, but it's also on par with the literally hundreds of other relaxation/meditation releases on the market. If you already have one of those, you probably don't need this.
