This was the record that opened a new chapter in Tito Rojas' recording career, and rightly so; one of salsa's most remarkable comebacks in history, this was one of the few salsa recordings where virtually all the tunes became solid hits. "Doble," "Sensual," "Tormenta de Amor," "Si Me Voy o Me Quedo," "Siempre Seré," "Este Amor," and "Me Mata la Soledad" solidified Rojas' reputation as a sure-fire hitmaker. Although the recording seems to rely on the already insipid romantic salsa craze, this was just part of what would yield to bigger and better things.
