AllMusic Review by

Screemers is a Halloween record with a difference. Instead of recycling the same old tired Halloween songs, Screemers offers 16 rare seasonal tracks. That means instead of Bobby Pickett's "The Monster Mash," athe disc features Bobby Pickett's "Monster Swim," a re-write of "The Monster Mash." All right, so maybe there isn't that much of a difference, but Screemers still offers a huge amount of seldom-heard songs, including Jack Palance's version of "The Jabberwock Song" and a number of songs from Bob & Ray. Of course, there are a few familiar items here -- like the theme from The Addams Family -- but for the most part, Screemers is full of the unusual. Novelty fanatics will love it, but few others will.
